CULTIVATING VIRTUES IN LEADERS (CViL) PROGRAM
Our Cultivating Virtues for Leadership (CViL) has a set of eight virtues: noble purpose, humility, gratitude, foresight, empowerment, forgiveness, future-mindedness, and courage. Grounded in a servant leadership framework, CViL is designed to guide educational leaders on a personal and professional development journey. A journey of self-discovery and appreciation, to build a new perspective on educational leadership, a commitment to ethical and caring decision-making, and the skills necessary to lead people and schools of character.
Good leadership is central to the flourishing of students in schools. Our Cultivating Virtue in Student Leadership program aims to raise a new generation of wise thinkers, caring individuals, and servant leaders. Through this program, we provide a clear pathway for student council/ prefects to develop essential leadership skills, foster a sense of responsibility, and cultivate virtues that will guide them throughout their lives.
We coach and mentor educational leaders to implement evidence-based practices which are meant to steer working relationships between parents, teachers and communities in the interest of nurturing good character and morals into the lives of learners in learning institutions.
